REDI, together with ManpowerGroup Spain and ISDI Business School, presents “Companies without Closets”, a roundtable discussion focused on LGBTIQ Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.
Despite important progress, many LGBTIQ people, particularly young professionals entering the workforce still feel the need to hide parts of their identity or carefully measure their words in professional environments. This event aims to open an honest conversation about psychological safety, authenticity, and inclusion at work.
The discussion will feature leaders from REDI member companies committed to creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
