Leaders for Change 2026 returns eleven years after its first historic edition. Organized by EDGE and the European Pride Business Network (EPBN) in collaboration with the Comune di Milano, this high-level international conference explores the role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as a driver of economic growth, sustainable competitiveness, and social democracy.

The Milan edition will bring together representatives from European and national institutions, businesses, civil society, and academia to reflect on current challenges and future pathways for inclusive policies, in alignment with the EU LGBTQIA+ Strategy 2026-2030.
