REDI launches its Biopharma and Health Chapter, hosted by MSD España, marking the first dedicated space for LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the health and biopharmaceutical sector. The initiative aims to promote safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces through concrete, sector-specific actions.
The session defined key priorities for the alliance, with contributions from industry leaders including Airbus (through Airbus leadership representation in REDI governance), AbbVie, bioMérieux, and others across the sector.
Participating organizations also included Amavir, AstraZeneca, Bristol Myers Squibb, IVI RMA GLOBAL, Johnson & Johnson, Kyowa Kirin, and Eli Lilly and Company. The sector is now the third most represented within REDI.
