Sectoral conference organized by REDI’s partner Brico Depôt that focuses on LGBTIQ diversity in the field of reforms and construction, with unpublished data, first-person testimonies and a colloquium on inclusion, visibility and cultural change in one of the fastest sectors that is evolving. The construction sector, historically masculinized and full of clichés, is beginning to do work on its own structure.
