On 25 June, the IE Tower Auditorium in Madrid will host LGBT@Work 2026: 20 Years Out Loud, celebrating two decades of advancing workplace inclusion and visible leadership.

This milestone edition will bring together leaders, professionals, and advocates who are shaping the future of work through diversity and inclusion. The event will provide a space where leadership, dialogue, and celebration come together to reflect on progress made and the path ahead for LGBTI inclusion in the workplace.
