REDI and Repsol, with the support of the Cámara de Comercio de A Coruña, organize a conference dedicated to advancing LGBTIQ diversity in the workplace.

Open to both REDI member and non-member organizations, the event will showcase best practices, practical experiences, and strategies for creating more inclusive working environments.

The program concludes with a networking session designed to encourage collaboration and the development of new partnerships among businesses, professionals, and institutions.
