The first step towards a diverse supply chain has been taken. Now it is time to implement the new law and bring it to life. Since January 1st of this year\, companies with more than 3\,000 employees have already been able to gain experience\, and from 2024\, companies with more than 1\,000 employees will be included. \nThis is an ideal time to take stock\, exchange insights\, and discuss the challenges on the way to a diverse supply chain.
