REDI and myGwork – LGBTQ+ Business Community join forces to launch a joint strategy to promote LGBTIQ employability. The strategy includes practical tools for attracting diverse talent\, an LGBTIQ Social Impact Job Bank\, and training on inclusive selection and recruitment processes. This event is designed for professionals in HR\, Talent Attraction\, Labor Relations\, and DEI\, as well as anyone interested in advancing workplace inclusion. The event is supported by the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM) and the ICAM LGBTI+ Committee. The employment exchange is supported by Fundación ONCE / Inserta and Fundación Legálitas. \n
