DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for the third edition of LED\, (Leadership Empowerment in Diversity)\, EDGE’s Leadership Training\, designed to give professionals\, managers and workers in the LGBTQIA+ world the opportunity to learn and enhance their leadership skills\, generating greater personal and professional impact. \nThe LED will start on February 27\, 2024 and run until October\, with an interruption in July and August. DESCRIPTION:The College of Marketing and Communication of Catalonia in collaboration with Both People & Comms.\, Love Rights Global Organization and REDI.LGBTI\, present a new edition of the Special Viewpoint dedicated to LGBTIQ+ inclusion and diversity. \nThis viewpoint will feature an introduction by Miquel Campmany\, dean of the College of Marketing and Communication of Catalonia and will continue with two round tables. \nIn the first round table\, which will focus on inclusion and diversity policies as a lever for brand reputation\, we will have: Alicia García-Raboso\, Head of Technical Architecture at BBVA Client Solutions and Leader at BBVA Be Yourself Spain; Jose Luis Portela Ferrer Senior Technical Writer at Oracle & Co-Leader of the LGBTI ERG; María Díaz\, Diversity & Inclusion specialist at Nestlé; Maite Mendoza Pérez\, HR Business Partner of Brico Depôt and will be moderated by Marta Herraiz Fernández\, Co-Director General of REDI. \nIn the second round table we will have: Kevin De Ribes\, President of Love Rights; Azahara Cavanillas Mora\, Cluster Director of Marketing at Kimpton and Celia Serradilla Razola\, Head of Culture and Entertainment Iberia & SE at Diageo. \nEvent language: Spanish
