The initiative aims to promote safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces through concrete, sector-specific actions. <\/p>\n<p>The session defined key priorities for the alliance, with contributions from industry leaders including Airbus (through Airbus leadership representation in REDI governance), AbbVie, bioM\u00e9rieux, and others across the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Participating organizations also included Amavir, AstraZeneca, Bristol Myers Squibb, IVI RMA GLOBAL, Johnson &#038; Johnson, Kyowa Kirin, and Eli Lilly and Company.
